• You can rent our four seasons patio any day before 5pm. We do NOT offer private dining in the space after 5pm Wednesday - Saturday.

• You must have a minimum of 20 people in your party to reserve the space.

• The space seats up to 30 guests.

• No outside food or beverages are permitted.

• We add an automatic 20% gratuity to the bill(s) for your service staff. 

• MONDAY - FRIDAY BEFORE 5pm:
  $50/hour, as well as a $500 food & beverage minimum that must be met.  An event longer than two hours will also require a room rental fee of $45/hr for additional hours.
• MONDAY - TUESDAY AFTER 5pm:
  $100/hour.  There is a food and beverage minimum of $500 must be met.
• SATURDAY BEFORE 5pm:
  $100/hour with a Food and Beverage Minimum of $500.
• SUNDAY ANYTIME:
  Room Rental Fee is $100/hr. Food & Beverage minimum of $500

• Our family room is available for rental 7 days a week.

• You must have a minimum of 15 people in your party to reserve the room.

• The room seats up to 30 guests. *We can accommodate up to 45 guests by extending the party to an enclosed area of the bar, for an additional cost.

• No outside food or beverages are permitted

• We add an automatic 20% gratuity to your bill for your service staff.

  No room rental fee for the first two hours. $75/hour for additional hours. $300 food and beverage minimum must be met. *Addition of extra enclosed bar area + $50/hr.

• FRIDAY & SATURDAY AFTER 5pm:

  $125 fo the first 2 hours. $50/hr additional hours and $800 f&b min

• MONDAY - THURSDAY AFTER 5pm:

  $120/2 hours, additional hours $50/hr.  Minimum rental time of 2 hours is required. There is also a food and beverage minimum of $500 must be met. *Addition of extra enclosed bar area + $50/hr.

• SATURDAY BEFORE 5pm:

  $70/hour. There is a $300 food and beverage minimum that must be met. *Addition of extra enclosed bar area + $50/hr.

• SUNDAY ANYTIME:

  No room rental fee for the first two hours. $75/hour for additional hours. $300 food and beverage minimum must be met. *Addition of extra enclosed bar area + $50/hr.

OUTDOOR PATIO RENTAL:

• Our spacious outdoor patio is available to rent May 1st - September 30th, excluding Fridays and Saturdays.

• You must have a minimum of 30 guests to reserve the patio. (60 person capacity)

• Monday - Thursday before 5pm & Sunday, Anytime

  $100 for two hours, $50/hr for additional hours. $800 food and beverage minimum must be met.

• Monday - Thursday after 5pm:

  $125 for two hours. $70/hr for additional hours. $1,000 food and beverage minimum must be met.
